SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
* Assist students with SEN in their academic and emotional development.
* Support pupils with managing their behaviour using positive and creative approaches.
* Encourage engagement and assist with tasks in class, both individually and in small groups.
* Provide support with personal care when necessary.
* Work closely with the teaching and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Foster a caring and nurturing environment for all pupils.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
* Experience with children and/or young people is desirable but not essential.
