Willow Tree Farming is a 30-acre working family farm set in the Norfolk countryside. We provide health, social, and education care services for a range of vulnerable children and young people, including those with mental health issues, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or SEMH.
At Willow Tree Farming, we offer a variety of activities such as animal care, general farm maintenance, equine work, carpentry/woodwork, horticulture, conservation, woodland activities, and construction.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Care Farm support worker, someone who is passionate about making positive changes in the lives of young people.
Candidates must evidence a good standard of education and/or life skills and be willing to progress their career by undertaking additional training as required. Any successful candidate will be trained in Safeguarding and First Aid.
We are committed to building on the skills of our workforce, and all staff will be fully supported in their training and development.

Salary: From £11.50 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications. Term time only.
Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks pro rata per year including bank holidays.
