- Central £50,000-£60,000 with bonus and benefits The Advocate Group are excited to be partnered with a category dominant RTD who are a driving force in their niche, constantly innovating with new flavours tailoring to market demand.
They are now looking for a National Account Manager to manage a portfolio of retail accounts within the Grocery channel.
There’s a huge opportunity here to shape the customer process and way of working – you will have the ability to really make an impact and have input at a senior level.
Working on an exciting, varied portfolio you will be a passionate advocate for the brands and a commercially aware sales person.
Key responsibilities: Full PL responsibility for your designated accounts in the Grocery channel, accounts TBC dependent on candidate background Implement and develop JBPS, ensuring to consider both profitability and customer relationships Cross collaboration with marketing and category, working towards a set promotional calendar Responsible for developing brand awareness, distribution, volume, sales and overall profit.
Candidate attributes: Experience driving the growth and distribution within Grocery Solid negotiation skills and ability to deliver a successful joint business plan Strong commercial acumen, knowing the lingo and adapting your approach to the target market.
Experience of managing and developing an effective customer strategy, winning new listings, and increasing brand awareness Will consider Drinks, Food or Consumer Goods experience within National Accounts.
