Priory Hospital Bristol is part of the Healthcare Division of Priory Group and has 77 beds over seven wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Adult Psychiatric Intensive Care, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdon’s and Dementia.
We are looking to recruit a Bank Administrator to support the provision of an efficient, professional and high-quality administrative/secretarial service to the Hospital.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the hospital staff.
2. Manage scheduling and coordination of appointments.
3. Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.
4. Facilitate communication between departments.
Experiences:
1. Previous experience within a healthcare setting desirable.
2. A strong sense of responsibility & ownership.
3. Willingness to learn.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude.
6. Quality orientation.
