Quotations & Technical Support Coordinator Location: Birmingham Salary: £25,000 per year Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Job type: Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for a Quotations & Technical Support Coordinator to join their ever-expanding team. Responsibilities of the Quotations & Technical Support Coordinator: Interpre ti ng customer enquiries to provide ti mely and accurate quota ti ons, using Salesforce and the quotations package. Learning to use the commercial pricing structures and strategies to compe titi vely price both large and small projects. Learning which of the products can provide the best solu ti on for individual project quota ti ons, both in terms of installa ti on and cost. Answer inbound phone calls and email enquiries rela ti ng to quota ti ons and product support. Liaise closely with the external sales team and other internal departments such as CAD team and Customer Services to ensure all quota ti on, product and other sales enquiries are dealt with accurately and professionally. Requirements of the Quotations & Technical Support Coordinator: Enthusiastic approach and willingness to learn are essential, mainly by internal team coaching and self-motivated learning using our product technical guides and other resources. A clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced internal sales office environment, with time critical deadlines on quotations/enquiries to be met daily. Ability to be adaptable and to be able to multi-task between competing deadlines and priorities. Remain calm under pressure and maintain professional standards. Well organised and able to manage/prioritise multiple tasks. Focused and able to maintain a high quality and timely work output. CAD based role so knowledge in 3D modelling i.e. AutoCAD / REVIT / Navisworks. Attention to detail when checking data & creating written works. A basic aptitude for IT skills (word, excel, PowerPoint). A clear communicator. Beneficial to have: Relevant (electrical) knowledge and/or work experience. The ability to understand CAD drawings and schematics. The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Ideally: A valid UK driving licence.
