Job Description
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
2. Manage diaries, organise meetings and prepare necessary documents
3. Handle correspondence, including emails and letters
4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
5. Produce reports and presentations as required
6. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
7. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when necessary
8. Participate in team meetings and contribute to team initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-time Personal Assistant should have:
1. An educational background in Business Administration or a related field
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications and other administrative software
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. A proactive approach, with a problem-solving mindset
7. Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector is desirable
