Key Responsibilities: Assist the Recruitment & Retention Manager in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and induction plans. Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive recruitment experience. Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide support throughout the selection process. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the Recruitment & Retention Manager. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role, ideally within the hospitality or luxury sectors. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing recruitment documentation. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in finding and retaining top talent.
