Your Role :
As the Retail Manager, you’ll own the success of your store — leading by example, inspiring your team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for :
* Driving sales performance by setting ambitious targets and motivating your team.
* Maximising revenue through strategic merchandising, upselling, and promotional execution.
* Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
* Monitoring key business metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

* Managing inventory, stock replenishment, and in-store merchandising.
