If so, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our Wythenshawe Works team here at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
The Contracts Administrator will be the responsible lead for all aspects of contract management and quality functions in order to maximise best value for money and quality improvements for Asset Management contracts.
They will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of accurate performance monitoring systems for specific contracts, analysing monitoring data, producing and distributing performance reports as required and supporting providers with service development
The successful applicant will have:
* Degree or relevant professional qualification plus significant experience in contract management
* Proven experience of strategic contract management, preferably in a public sector organisation/local authority.
* Proven experience in developing contract management strategies, frameworks, and guidelines.
* In depth knowledge of contract management, preferably in a social housing setting however private sector setting is also acceptable.
* CIOB or RICS (desirable, not essential).
