About the Job This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the compliance team. This role will enable you to work closely with the Compliance Supervisor. The primary focus of this role is the maintenance of fires, heating and hot water systems along with warm air units and cookers. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults and rectify in a prompt and appropriate manner whilst ensuring you maintain a positive image of Trivallis through the development and maintenance of excellent working relationships with customers, partners, colleagues and key stakeholders By operating within an exciting role you will contribute to ensuring Trivallis are on track to achieving its corporate agenda. About you This role is for an experienced Maintenance Engineer who has the experience and knowledge of working with gas central heating and boiler service maintenance. You will also understand the importance of diagnosing faults in domestic gas central heating systems and rectifying them within an appropriate timeframe. Having the knowledge of Gas Safety, Health and Safety Regulations and asbestos awareness is essential in this role.. Ideally, you will have some knowledge of the housing or related sector and how as a Maintenance engineer you can assist in enabling continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction with our services. You will be a good communicator and adopt a partnering approach with stakeholders who will be competent on fault finding and wiring systems. It is essential that you have experience all appropriate certifications and qualifications such as CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1, CPA1, MET1 etc. Experience and knowledge of working in occupied homes and have the ability to achieve and maintain effective work performance under pressure to meet deadlines.
