Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee two concurrent projects in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a £2.2 million commercial office fit out spanning two floors, as well as a £3 million commercial fit out for a prestigious client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the two concurrent fit out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and regularly report on project progress to senior management and clients.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the D&B fit out sector, with a strong track record of successfully delivering similar commercial office fit out projects in Central London.
- Excellent understanding of construction project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of relevant building regulations and industry standards.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a related field would be advantageous.
