Duties:
* Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
* Processing of invoices, receipts, payments, statements
* Supplier/invoice queries
* Support month-end closing activities
* Placing Purchase Orders
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
* Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records
* Coordinating payment plans
* Provide administrative support to the finance and procurement teams.
