Concession Finance Manager
About the Role
As the Concessions Finance Manager you will lead a team of three finance professionals, ensuring compliance with financial schedules and fostering strong relationships both internally and externally. This role ensures the timely and accurate production of monthly self-billing invoices and manages all financial interactions and queries from concession partners.
You will also:
* Manage the resolution of any queries or issues from concession partners regarding invoices and payments.
* Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively within the team to meet monthly invoicing schedules.
* Develop and maintain detailed forecasts of key financial metrics throughout the year.
* Ensure clear and effective communication of financial policies and procedures to concession partners.
* Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
About You
You will have a good track record in operation finance and accounts payable. It is important that you also have proven experience in leading and developing a team of finance professionals as this role will managing a team and working on large sets of money. We are looking for someone who has strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also have the following;
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting.
* Excellent delegation, mentoring, and performance management skills.
* Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage strict monthly schedules.
* Experience with financial forecasting, reporting, and team leadership.
