The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUHFT) Digital Health team is responsible for the delivery of digital services across the Trust to support its clinical and administrative obligations. The Department comprises of 4 main areas - Digital Hospital, Operational, Informatics & Information Governance and made up of over 50+ staff. Our aims are to provide the highest level of digital services and support to the Trust staff, the Trust's partners, and commissioners., As a Digital Health Stock Assistant, you will assist in maintaining the containers full of stock, booking in deliveries, delivering, and arranging collection of equipment. Also, you will assist with the Registration Authority process, by unlocking cards, and printing new cards.
The Digital Health Service Management Team are looking to recruit a Digital Health Stock Assistants for 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands the value of providing outstanding customer service and is able to effectively balance the need for IT service delivery with the operational needs of a large, busy hospital. Able to work proactively under pressure and deliver against individual and team Key Performance Indicators., If you are looking for a challenge and would like to help us develop our Registration Authority, stock and delivering services, we would love to hear from you. While the role is based at the main hospital site, you will be expected to travel to the Trust's other sites when required for work purposes, for which transport will be provided, so a full driving license is essential.
