Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity to help us craft an exceptional SEO service by working with us to build out processes for the agency and really make them your own. There will also be training responsibilities for 1 junior member of our team (and hopefully more depending on our growth). Your primary role is to create and implement SEO strategies and ultimately deliver results for our clients. We expect you to have top-notch SEO knowledge, both on-page and off-page, whilst continuously keeping up to date with the latest SEO news and updates. Measurables Over the first 3 months of your role, we need to be certain that you can independently create SEO strategies, implement them for our clients and continuously optimise/review the strategies, whilst maintaining a great relationship with them and keeping them happy Alongside this we also need to see you build out on our existing processes and train our SEO exec to deliver awesome results too. This can be gauged in the following ways: Client retention Client results Client feedback Development of junior SEO How much support you require General feedback/feeling from Repeat management Responsibilities & Duties Develop and execute successful SEO strategies Be familiar with and use a wide range of SEO tools including Screaming Frog, SERanking, Semrush & many more Monitor and build domain authority link-building strategies, website optimisation, content marketing & CRO Completing detailed keyword research in a time-efficient manner Working with website CMS which can include WordPress, Shopify and more Building out SEO processes Training junior SEO execs Collaborating with the PPC & Digital PR department on mutual clients and internal teams Building great relationships with clients Reporting results to clients & Repeat management Balancing & prioritising a client pool whilst keeping mindful of reasonable time spent on each client Engaging with internal solutions & processes, such as our CRM & Clockify Keeping up to date with the latest SEO news and features Support with Repeat’s marketing activities Assisting the sales team with proposals & audits Attitude we’re looking for We have ambitious targets and we know that we’ll only get there with a superstar team.
