Compass Associates are working with a national provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a number of Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across the UK.
We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to take on a residential service in Staffordshire which supports individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The site consists of two buildings which in total can support up to 8 people.
The role will hold the CQC registration for the residential service and be responsible for managing a staff team including a Deputy Manager, Support Staff, Activity Coordinator, and PBS Practitioner.
Person Specification:
Applicants must have experience holding a CQC registration for either residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health, and/or Autism.
We’re ideally looking for someone who also has completed their Level 5 in Health & Social Care; however, those without Level 3 will also be considered on the basis they will enroll in the Level 5.
