We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our Restaurants department at Butlin's Bognor Regis Resort. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving team excellence.

The Role

* Developing and implementing strategies to drive team excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
* Analyzing KPIs and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins
* Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
* Leading by example and inspiring others to deliver exceptional experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in a food & beverage environment with strong guest-facing skills
* Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
* Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
* Experience of managing rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes
* Ability to demonstrate experience of leading teams to success
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for career development and progression.
Location
This role is based at Butlin's Bognor Regis Resort in West Sussex.
