Sellick Partnership are delighted to be assisting a well-established and thriving local authority in London with their recruitment for a locum Senior Commercial Property and Regeneration Lawyer. This locum assignment is expected to run for a minimum of 3-6 months, but is likely to extend on a longer term rolling basis.
The successful locum Senior Commercial Property and Regeneration Lawyer will be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx) with extensive experience of commercial property and regeneration, preferably within the public sector.
You will be joining an experienced and collaborative property team, and will be involved in interesting, complex, and high-value regeneration projects, as the borough is undergoing many transformations for which your legal input will be crucial.
The locum Senior Commercial Property and Regeneration Lawyer will handle the following matters:
* Regeneration projects and associated matters (inc. development agreements etc.)
* Complex reports on title
* General commercial property advice
* Landlord & tenant
* Leases
