SEN experience
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored English and Maths tutoring sessions to students
* Create engaging lesson plans to meet individual learning needs
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their learning goals
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant teaching qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring English and Maths
* Experience in tutoring English and Maths
* Knowledge of SEN practices and strategies
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Additional training in SEN support
Additional Information:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
