The Assistant Director of Strategy (Capital Planning) is a demanding role responsible for delivering the Trust's Capital Estates Programme and leading on Annual Planning. The Assistant Director will be accountable to the Executive Director of Strategy for leading the Trust’s Capital Planning Team. The Assistant Director of Strategy (Capital Planning) is responsible for: Leading the Trust's annual planning process Developing our Estates Strategy Planning and delivering our capital estates programme Managing complex capital estates projects and commissioning new facilities to bring them into clinical and operational use Managing our extensive portfolio of community properties Leading the Capital Planning Team This is a high profile, demanding senior leadership role in the Trust with significant responsibility and autonomy. You will need to be energetic, proactive and able to work independently and at pace.
