Housing Engagement and Inclusion Officer Annual Salary £32,957 - £36,573 37 hours a week (Hybrid working) About the role The Housing Engagement and Inclusion Officer helps ensure that the Council’s Housing services are driven by customer insight and that the views of tenants and leaseholders are heard. The Engagement and Inclusion Officer is responsible for: Increasing the level, channels and quality of engagement and for driving service improvements through customer insight. Promoting digital inclusion and innovation, while ensuring that traditional methods of engagement are retained as appropriate. Identifying opportunities to advance equality through improved engagement with our customers, especially with people who are under-represented. About you You have experience of: Working collaboratively with a team in a busy environment. Working with customers in a Housing or public service organisation. Your skills include: Ability to work in partnership with residents, stakeholders and colleagues. Ability to use Microsoft Office packages such as PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms.
