In Merchandising, you’ll support the end-to-end range build and ongoing trading, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. What you'll be doing Oversee and manage the product critical path to ensure timely product launches. Lead and challenge your team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Develop a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, and market insights to inform decisions. Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a positive, safe, and motivating team environment that encourages growth and celebrates success. Help shape supplier strategy by building strong relationships and leading supplier meetings. Collaborate with your team and suppliers to enhance production knowledge and experience. Manage markdown plans for your department, analysing the impact on overall trading margin. Take on additional projects outside your category to contribute to the broader merchandising function. What we'll look for in you Proven experience in the retail industry, ideally in a merchandising or similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing others. A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail and organisation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A data-driven mindset, with a passion for analysis and market insights. Eagerness to continuously learn and improve, both individually and as part of a team.
