Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively research, identify, and secure new business opportunities.
* Optimise cross-selling opportunities across the group’s portfolio.
* Produce budget designs and quotations in line with client requirements.
* Collaborate with the design team to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
* Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to drive business growth.
* Ensure timely delivery of accurate quotations and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
* Conduct site surveys and support teams in Kidderminster, Mansfield, Birmingham, and Nottingham, or London.
* Maintain successful working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record as a Sales and Design Consultant within the industry.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and British Standards, including BS5839, BS7273-4, and others.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs and deliver cost-effective, profitable solutions.
