Customer Service Representative
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week); Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £23,800 per annum

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team working from our Sheffield offices in the S8 area.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
A positive attitude and a team player
