Your Impact Starts Here: Own the Portfolio - Take full responsibility for a strategic customer base, driving both growth & long-term retention while delivering exceptional customer value. Advise with Authority - Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through high-value WAN, LAN, WiFi, and Network Security solutions. Drive Growth - Uncover new opportunities and unlock revenue through smart cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Build True Partnerships - Strengthen client relationships and align solutions ensuring customers achieve their business goals. What You’ll Do as our Account Manager: Own and Grow - Take full responsibility for your customer portfolio, driving retention, profitability, and long-term growth. Be a Strategic Partner - Build senior-level relationships, guide customer strategy, and deliver solutions across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Network Security. Drive Sales Excellence - Own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close, using models like SCOTSMAN to qualify and convert opportunities. Plan and Perform - Create actionable Account Development Plans with clear KPIs, and maintain strong in-person engagement through site visits, QBRs, and strategic sessions. Deliver Seamlessly –-Collaborate with Customer Success, Service Delivery, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and ongoing client satisfaction. What You Bring – Your Experience Matters: 3 years proven success in Managed LAN / WAN solution sales. Experience of recurring revenue models in an ISP or IT Managed Services environment. Tech know-how of Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Extreme (or similar vendors), and Network Security tools. Strong multi-level engagement, from engineers to execs. Proven Networking wins – from BAU sales to major bid negotiations. A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of outcome-based selling and IT Managed services within data networking. Comfortable shaping deals, not just quoting them. Confident leading C-Level discussions and board presentations.
