Location: London
Salary: up to £45,000
This role involves creating, managing, and optimising CRM campaigns to enhance customer conversion, retention, and reactivation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute CRM strategies for conversion, retention, and reactivation.
* Monitor and optimise segmented and targeted CRM campaigns.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure campaign success.
* Utilise data to evaluate and improve customer segmentation and campaign performance.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
* Ensure CRM systems meet objectives and implement new tools as needed.
* Analyse competition and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Key Experience Required:
* Proven CRM experience in a similar role, ideally in sports betting and gaming environments.
* Experience using CRM platforms like Optimove or similar.
* Expertise in running multichannel campaigns.
* Strong customer-centric approach with a good understanding of CRM strategies and practices.
* Knowledge and interest in online gaming products.
* Applied understanding of lifecycle development and optimisation.
* Data-focused and ROI-driven mindset.
* Ability to build strong working relationships.
* A marketing/business degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
