Thermacell currently employs 125+ full time employees at our 4 locations: Bedford Massachusetts (Corporate HQ), Buford Georgia (Manufacturing & Distribution), and Hampton Florida (Science & Research Center).
ROLE PURPOSE:
Thermacell is looking for an experienced, resourceful, action-oriented E-Commerce Manager with a track record of success managing E-Commerce businesses. Our ideal person has a strong understanding and knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and the ways of operating on Amazon across sales, marketing, inventory, content, and more. A driven candidate with a strong analytical skill set and a deep curiosity for optimizing the digital experience through content management would excel in this role. This person will share their insight and expertise for digital content and measurement across other Omni channel retailers for Thermacell. Digital commerce at Thermacell is booming and this critical role will report to the Senior Director of Global E-Commerce and be a key component of the aggressive growth plan for the organization!

WORKING HOURS: Typically, between 9-5pm M-F (open to some flexibility)
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid with 3 days per week in Corporate office - 32 Crosby Dr Bedford MA 01730
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support daily management of Amazon and other significant third-party E-Commerce platforms. Deliver/own key KPIs including sales, ROI, conversion, market share, and more (in concert with the broader team).
* Analyze and report Amazon Global data on a weekly basis highlighting retail, media, share, competition, and trends across the organization. Partnering with Marketing, Media, International Partners and Agency members to gather insight and provide recommendations on optimization to the broader organization.
* Optimize, maintain and ensure accuracy of our brand store and product pages including copy, images, SEO optimizations and A+ content to continuously drive conversion; work closely with our internal marketing team and agency partners for content needs to support our brand stores and product detail pages.
* Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure operational performance excellence on Amazon. Includes working with Supply Chain to build, manage and enhance forecasts on a monthly cadence for Amazon US. Connect weekly with Customer Supply Chain and Warehouse team during season for product management and inventory risks.
* Partner with the Senior Director of Global E-Commerce to track budgets and forecasts to support annual and seasonal plans to deliver sales and financial targets for Amazon. Includes managing and reporting on a weekly basis.
* Work closely with Senior Director of Global E-Commerce on product launch planning, annual strategy and execution.
* Support, train, and partner with international partners to drive Thermacell Amazon excellence across fundamentals and digital shelf needs.
* Act as the Internal and external point person to resolve any challenges, recurring business issues, claims, chargebacks, and deductions within Amazon across key internal team members, agency, and Amazon AVS team.
* Maintain product catalog, price list, and compliance needs – in partnership with agency.
* Support Management of availability (including drop ship) of items in Vendor Central on a daily and weekly basis.
* Support and report on E-Commerce media strategy partnering with Marketing and Media team members.
* Lead Third Party Marketplace monitoring and brand enforcement efforts, domestically and internationally. Manage brand registry program with Amazon.
* Provide insight and recommendations on content and digital commerce management to other Omni Channel Retailers based on Amazon best practices and e Commerce expertise.
* Identify and improve/implement post purchase strategies to grow customer lifetime value, improve customer satisfaction and build brand reputation.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary and an Annual Target Bonus program-details proved separately. Benefits for this position will consist of vacation benefits at a competitive level & 10 paid company holidays. Additionally, a company shut-down period is offered for one week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

You may start contributing to our 401k after completing 30 days of service (enrolling on the first of the following month). You will be eligible for the employer match up to 4% (base salary + overtime wages - subject to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) legal limit) after completing one year of service.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Communications or related field. MBA is a plus
* 3-5 years of Amazon experience
* Deep understanding of E-Commerce Analytics is a must and ability to distill data and create key reports and analysis on regular cadence (e.g., weekly, monthly, campaign recap, year recap)
* Must be proficient with Vendor Central – navigation and analysis of information on the platform
* Proficient in key Amazon reports and tools across - advertising, operational performance, and other core aspects of managing a 1P Amazon/E-Commerce business
* Knowledge and experience with forecasting sales and shipments for E-Commerce, partnering with Supply Chain team and agency - leveraging Amazon, internal, and external databases. Highly desirable if experience with seasonal business
* Understanding of Amazon SEO, content strategies and how to build effective product detail pages
* Management of content, rating, and reviews on Amazon partnering with Internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) and agency teams – creating measurement and optimization tools and plans
* Experience with tools used for digital shelf management, E-Commerce Share and performance metrics (e.g. Stackline, Profitero)
* Experience with Amazon in other markets outside of the US is highly desirable but not required
* Exposure with Sponsored Brands Ads, AMG and/or DSP and other paid marketing levers used to drive brand visibility and sell through on Amazon
