The Role:
* Build working relationships with Sales & Operations team members
* Act as a liaison between employees, management, and external parties involved in the TUPE process
* Maintain open lines of communication and ensure consistent messaging
* Onboard TUPE employees onto HR system
* Ensure all HR processes are followed correctly and efficiently
* Manage any HR related queries or issues that arise
The Right Candidate:
* Proven experience in Human Resources Management
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain open lines of communication
* Experience with onboarding processes
* Knowledgeable about the TUPE process
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
