We have an exciting opportunity within our Supply Chain function to analyse and optimise macro space allocation across all Retail stores, ensuring the company space rules are defined and reviewed to drive sales and profit and also to improve customer availability. Within this position you'll be accountable for providing timely and accurate space performance insight which underpin macro space decisions across all project types including new stores, refits, range change activity and also as part of the Macro Space Management workstream. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract. Key responsibilities include: Provide an independent view on macro space changes to ensure they are optimised and localised for stores to maximise sales and improve customer availability Evaluate customer insight data on market trends and Commercial strategies to ensure space recommendations factor in future growth opportunities as well as current/historic performance Ensure all system functionalities that will make processes faster or better are being exploited Provide recommendations following feedback from stores regarding their macro space and to then be proactive in investigating other stores which potentially have the same issue. This role will offer hybrid working operating over a 4.5 day working week based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.
