Right now, we need to strengthen our team with a Technical Drawing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will support product development from design and research to manufacturing. What you’ll do: Your responsibilities include compiling, storing, and maintaining up-to-date design, specification, and manufacturing information. You will manage the parts library for both electronic and mechanical designs and ensure all data is accurately maintained in our internal databases. Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BoMs) and other documents in internal databases. Organize and store documents on the R&D server for easy retrieval. Manage version control of all documents, including BoMs, drawings, and templates. Quality check documents and drawings for production teams in Vietnam, Hong Kong, and the UK. Distribute and record documents for production in Marshall Vietnam and Hong Kong. Support project development and assist with product handover to production. Provide specifications for parts to Purchasing teams in Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the UK. Process and track Requests for Change (RFC) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO). Verify technical data for document packs and maintain accurate records. Create and update product service manuals, wiring diagrams, and spare parts lists. Maintain a technical archive and complete version histories of documents. Occasionally provide electronics support and assist other R&D team members as needed. Who we’re looking for: You are a person with a strong attention to detail and is a clear thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. With an engineering background, you communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally. You work well as part of a team and thrive under pressure, taking on extra responsibilities when needed. You probably have the following experiences & skills: Several years of professional experience in a similar position, working with manufacturing and product development of consumer electronics Bachelor's degree or higher within the field of Engineering or similar acquired knowledge.
