We are currently recruiting Bank Shift Workers to join our team, supporting a range of SEN provisions across Central Lancashire – including areas such as Leyland, Chorley, Bamber Bridge, and surrounding towns (PR5, PR25, PR26, PR6, PR7).

The Role:
* Providing educational and personal care support to children with a range of complex needs
* Working across specialist settings, including autism units, SEMH schools, and complex needs provisions
* Supporting pupils with communication, sensory needs, mobility, and behaviour
* Delivering 1:1 support and assisting in group sessions under the guidance of teaching staff
* Promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
We’re Looking For:
* Individuals with experience in education, care, youth work, or related fields
* A compassionate and adaptable approach to supporting children with SEN
* Willingness to provide personal care support (training provided if needed)
* Ability to travel to multiple settings across the specified postcodes
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
