Job Title: Stores Coordinator
Working Hours: 40 hours per week worked across 5 days - Monday-Friday
Location: Thyson Office (CH65 4LX)
Primary duties:
* Take full ownership of the Stores area, maintaining an accurate record of all stock items, including incoming and outgoing stock.
* Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any variances.
* Raise purchase orders on Sage200 to keep stock levels in line with workload.
* Issue of project and stock material to internal stakeholders.
* Protection and preservation of stock and goods receipting material on Sage200.
* Ensure all materials are accompanied by proper documentation, such as delivery notes and certifications.
* Responsible for packaging and dispatch.
Requirements:
* Experience of controlling a Stores environment, ideally within an Engineering company.
* Forklift Truck license (training will be provided if required)
* Basic IT skills such as Microsoft, Word, Excel would be beneficial.
* Experience of using Sage200 would be beneficial but not essential – training will be provided.
* Experience of supervising team members would be preferred.
* Ability to take ownership, be passionate and take pride in your work.
* Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
