My client, a construction company, are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in their head office team. To be considered for this role you should have at least one year of experience in an administrative position and be proactive in your approach.
Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee onboarding tasks for site workers, including verifying Right to Work documentation, issuing and ensuring contracts are signed, and collecting references
Perform general administrative duties for site staff, such as processing rate changes, drafting employment letters, and handling holiday requests
Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure all necessary documentation is in place for smooth payroll processing
Manage queries received through the HR inbox
Update and maintain personnel records
Address general inquiries from construction workers on-site
Carry out any additional tasks as requiredEssential Skills:
Reliable and trustworthy
Strong time-management skills to handle tight deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
Prior office administration experience is an advantage
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
