About the Role
Our incredible SEMH School is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Examinations Officer to manage and oversee the administration of both external and internal examinations in accordance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of all exam processes and supporting the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Efficient management of all examination processes, including the administration and invigilation of both internal and external exams.
2. Ensure compliance with JCQ regulations and other relevant policies.
3. Liaise with academic departments to ensure all entries are accurate and deadlines are met.
4. Oversee the preparation of exam rooms and ensure students have all necessary materials.
5. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to ensure clarity of expectations and responsibilities.
6. Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.
7. Work collaboratively with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations across the school.
