Job Description
* Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure
* Anticipate guest’s needs and takes them into consideration
* Handles guest’s complaints and/or remarks, provides a response as soon as possible, respecting the Ibis 15 minute contract.
* Complete all tasks linked to the guest’s arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
* Handles phone calls
* Handles reservations
* Prepare snacks and breakfast outside of restaurant hoursRespect the procedures concerning invoicing and banking.
* Respect the hotel’s commitment to the ‘Environment charter’ (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste)
* Ensure the work place is clean and tidy.
* Ensure the safety of people and property within the hotel
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of windows
* Fluent in the local language; English
* Team spirit
* Capable of being a lone worker or with the team
* Versatile
* Dynamic
