You'll oversee the full audit lifecycle, mentor and develop your team, and build strong client relationships, ensuring the highest quality service and compliance with UK GAAP and international auditing standards. What You'll Be Doing: Managing the statutory audit process from planning to completion Leading and attending client meetings, acting as a key point of contact throughout the year Providing expert business advice to clients, identifying areas for improvement Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of auditors Driving business development initiatives, including networking and pitching for new work Ensuring high-quality service delivery while managing job recoverability and client billing What We're Looking For: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with a strong technical understanding of UK GAAP and international auditing standards Proven experience managing audits within the hospitality sector (or a similar fast-moving industry) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Why Join Us?
