Are you a qualified Speech & Language Therapist looking for your first or next role but unsure of the direction you want to go in? Are you passionate about working somewhere you can make a real change to people's lives?
Does an "Outstanding" rated trust who takes its staffs wellbeing seriously sound like somewhere you would like to work?
We are currently recruiting a number of Speech and Language Therapists to join Berkshire Healthcare and have vacancies in both our Children's & Adult teams across a variety of different services and sites offering both band 5 & 6 and 7 roles.
Whether you are an experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking for the next step in your career or, you are due to qualify soon we want to hear from you!
For our newly qualified roles we are able to offer support to get you through your band 5 competencies and get you on track to progress into band 6 role.
As a Trust we are big on staff development and "grow your own" and can offer you a wealth of both inhouse and external development opportunities at all levels.
Our services operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and we are open to those looking for full or part time work. As we are a community trust our roles involve travel between sites so a license and access to vehicle is essential. Our roles can often offer flexible working as well as room for some home working.
