RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To consistently achieve the company's competencies in relation to the role to meet and exceed all KPIs.
2. Liaise with all departments and their workplans to provide pre-start, WIP and programme closure support and ensure that all materials, processes, and practices are deemed safe.
3. Provide training to ensure all operatives have the correct qualifications, working with Operations Managers and Contracts Managers to maintain updated training records and a focused toolbox talk directive.
4. Ensure that contract managers and operations managers ensure that all subcontractors work to our health & safety standards.
5. Work across all of our estate and fleet to ensure they are maintained safely and that corrective actions are implemented.
6. Create a management dashboard to ensure challenging SMART objectives are being improved upon year on year.
7. Ensure that our ISO45001 and all SSIP accreditations are maintained year on year.
8. Report to the Senior Leadership Team on performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing costed implementation plans where necessary.
9. Ensure that all staff become H&S conscious and appreciate the positive impact of reporting concerns and providing feedback.
10. Work with all facility support contractors (fire safety, heating and electrical, hygiene, mechanical, vehicles, etc.) to ensure a managed programme of maintenance and upkeep.
