Your new role
About the role
Supervising projects from inception to completion, you’ll exemplify our commitment to Health & Safety, ensuring quality and best practice. As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of your site
* Supervising trades to ensure all workmanship is of the highest quality
* Leading, managing, and motivating everyone on site
* Maintaining up-to-date paperwork and ensuring safety
* Following all SHE principles, including Covid-safe requirements
* Organising labour, overseeing quality control, and ensuring efficient use of plant and machinery
About you
As a Small Works Site Manager, you’ll have either a construction-related degree or be from a trade background with construction management experience. You should hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified, and be competent in Health and Safety practices with good first aid knowledge. This role will provide you with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while supporting our on-site teams.
