Job Description
A fantastic opportunity to manage the loan middle office client management team of a major bank based in London.
Ensuring all facilities can be serviced and all drawings have been processed in a timely manner in accordance with all credit approvals, legal framework, current regulatory and compliance requirement and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
* Monitor loan lifecycle triggers daily to ensure accurate loan servicing.
* Support Front Office with new products and deal servicing.
* Coordinate across Operations for timely deal processing.
* Act as escalation point for LMO team.
* Manage assigned syndicated loan portfolio, providing guidance to less experienced staff.
* Verify transactions to ensure accurate, error-free processing.
* Oversee or guide creation of control tools for facility administration when bank systems are insufficient.
This is a SME role and you will be managing a team of 5 people. Therefor you must have extensive experience within a Financial Institution Middle Office Control function, combined with strong operational knowledge of loan products and the loan market. Proficient in the operational and administrative aspects of loan servicing, including a solid background in reviewing loan agreements.
