Service Delivery Administrator
ARC is a market-leading provider of EPOS and IT installation, support and maintenance services. We are looking for a highly organised administrator to be the central hub of our installations field team, based at our friendly offices in Finchampstead.
You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the scheduling of our team of engineers, communicating back to our customers, and updating project schedules/completions.

1. Assist in answering incoming calls to the office phone
2. Receive and respond to incoming customer requests
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful and timely delivery of customer projects
4. Basic project management/co-ordination duties as required
5. Communicate as required with all parties to provide updates
6. Schedule engineers for Project works
7. Ensure all Worksheets, Surveys and RAMS are sent to engineers
8. Request POs from Customers and process accordingly
9. Provide written quotations to all customers on request
10. Provide general administration & operational assistance
