You will be part of a dedicated team of fraud specialists. You will manage a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files for a variety of insurance clients, collaborating closely with adept claims handlers who function without Delegated Authority. You will work hand-in-hand with the relevant Lead Lawyer to achieve the most favorable outcomes in a commercially sound manner. The NDA File Handler will proactively seek to identify and leverage all litigation opportunities, playing a key role in shaping the future of the counter-fraud sector.

The caseload will consist of a range of suspected fraudulent insurance claims consisting of the following types of claim:

1. Bogus Passenger
2. Staged/Contrived
