Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the class teacher, helping all pupils to reach their potential. Work with individual students or small groups to support their learning and development. Help prepare classroom materials and resources. Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging pupils’ social and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support pupil progress. Essential Requirements: Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). Experience working with children in a primary school setting. A passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in children’s lives. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An understanding of safeguarding and child welfare. Desirable: Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
