Duties and Responsibilities of Temporary Payroll Assistant:
* Ensuring Payroll service deliverables are met by the third-party payroll provider and assist with implementing changes required based on legislative and business need
* Based on output from the third-party Payroll provider assist with the reconciliation
* You will also provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues on all aspects of Payroll
* Maintain efficient document retrieval for all payroll cycles
* Ensuring appropriate approvals and audit controls are in place
* Assist with the administration of the company employee benefit schemes and provide scheme advice to HR operations
Person Specification:
* CIPP qualified or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of PAYE and benefits legislation
* Numerate, organised and administratively strong
* Experience of end-to-end payroll processes
