About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Hotel Product Executive to join our team at Cracking Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced travel professional with a proven track record in sourcing, contracting, and negotiating hotel suppliers across Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe.
About You:
* You have a sound knowledge of the hotel industry, including market trends, supplier relationships, and contract negotiation.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* You are proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and contracting high-quality hotel suppliers across Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe.
* Negotiating contracts that meet our business needs while ensuring fair pricing and terms.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
* Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel product management, sourcing, or contracting.
* Excellent knowledge of the European hotel market, including supplier relationships and contract negotiation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
