You will……
As an Internal Account Manager for the UK, you will be working in a dynamic team. You will be managing the requirements of the channel partners and build strong relationships within a customer base to sell and promote payment / finance solutions. Developing an excellent rapport and executing on high standards of customer service from quoting to pay out, whilst maintaining and growing revenue and profit.
This position is for 12 to 15 months with the potential for a permanent contract, with access to all Ingram Micro advantages and benefits.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…
* Previous experience in asset finance.
* Strong administration and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer skills.
* PC Literate - Including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel (Level intermediate)
* Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Work 3 days from our Milton Keynes UK headquarters office & 2 days from home.

* Team Collaborator: Work across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively support the customer. You will also have access to the funders portfolio and work closely with Tier 1 Banks and captive OEM funders.

Ingram Micro has invested heavily in setting up Ingram Micro Financial Solutions (IMFS). The IMFS team consists of Business Development (BDM), supporting our customers and vendors, as well as a Solution Development (SDE), responsible for maintaining funder relationships and structuring programs and transactions. The Internal Account Manager will support and work in collaboration with the BDM and the SDE in country.
