Part Time Purchasing Administrator
We require a Part-Time Purchasing Administrator for our medical servicing and supplies business in Foundry Lane, Horsham.
The role will involve various aspects of purchasing administration:
1. Placing and updating purchase orders
2. Chasing suppliers and adding new suppliers/pricing to our in-house system
3. Liaising with Sales on back-order lead times
4. Adjusting reorder levels when required
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, administration experience, excellent computer skills, numeracy skills (minimum of Grade C in Maths GCSE or equivalent), and a good telephone manner is essential. Full training will be given.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm (20 hours/week).
The salary will be around £13.50-£14.50 per hour, dependent on experience. The company offers a pension and private health care scheme.
