Job Description
Job Purpose: The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the safe, on-time delivery of projects. Communicate to Snr Project Manager / Project Manager / and Supply Partners (as required) the deliverables, dependencies, and risks as each project progresses.
General Activities:
1. Understand the full scope of the project works to be delivered.
2. Work within the current CDM process, taking on the role of principal contractor and supporting all roles as per CDM 2015 Regulations and Building Safety Act 2022.
3. Identify, reduce, and manage all QHSE, statutory, and commercial risks associated with the project.
4. Ensure QHSE practices and processes are fully embedded in each project.
5. Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.
6. Supervise the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) 'end to end', including subcontractor management and site supervisory duties.
7. Work closely with CBRE Project Managers and Supply Partners to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
8. Day-to-day supervision of project delivery, including all TBTs, inductions, inspections, etc.
9. Support the Project Manager and HoP with project documentation, including requesting supplier POs and managing QHSE documents (including CPPs and RAMS).
10. Ensure the Site Safety Management Binder (SSMB) and all project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
11. Support the Project Manager by ensuring the Handover Checklist is completed and all close-out documentation is complete, including Warranties, O&Ms, and Asset list updates.

1. Identify areas for continuous personal development and compile and manage your PDP with your line manager.
2. Ensure all H&S qualifications and permit authorisations are kept up to date.
Building Relationships:
1. Build strong effective working relationships with internal and external customers and site teams.
2. Develop trusted and lasting relationships with project stakeholders that foster client ties.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
4. Ensure project meets internal and client expectations with respect to quality, scope/specification, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy.
Commercial Awareness:
1. Understand pricing model, cost, sales, and valuation and billing procedures.
2. Assist the Project Manager in managing scope creep through client change orders, internal change orders, phased delivery, or other methods.
3. Track and report hours and expenses on each project.
The Project Process:
1. Ensure all involved in the delivery of the project understand the scope of work to meet the customer's specification.
2. Implement and carry out all required inspections, checks, and monitoring on all plant, equipment, materials, and personnel.
3. Identify, track, manage, and mitigate risk on each project, escalating issues to the Project Manager / HoP when necessary.
4. Ensure supply partners on site are aware of all items required for the project files, H&S, tool box talks, RAMS, site audits, commissioning, O&Ms, permits to work, etc.
5. Be in attendance on site for the works inclusive of any out-of-hours requirements.
6. Ensure all variations to the works are captured and reported to the HoP/PM.
7. Ensure all O&Ms are complete and available prior to practical completion.

Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years proven Supervisory experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment.
2. Demonstrable evidence of having supervised works.
3. Proven experience of supervising Construction Projects (M&E works).
Qualifications:
1. Compliant with the training matrix for Project Site Supervisor.
2. Recognised technical qualification in construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar.
3. Business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy.
4. Electrically qualified.
5. CSCS.
6. CDM 2015 regulations.
7. SMSTS.
8. IOSH.
