About You
You’ll be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable using diagnostic tools and returns management systems. If you have experience in product testing, quality control, or supplier returns, this role is for you.
✅ Experience in product inspection, RMA, quality assurance, or supplier management
✅ Technical expertise in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
✅ Proficiency with diagnostic tools to identify faults in technical products
✅ Strong attention to detail to document and classify issues accurately
✅ Great organisational skills to manage multiple returns efficiently
✅ Familiarity with returns management software and diagnostic equipment

What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Inspect and diagnose returned products, identifying faults and defects
🔹 Use diagnostic tools to verify product functionality and log issues systematically
🔹 Maintain accurate records of findings, ensuring clear documentation of faults
🔹 Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to provide feedback on recurring issues
🔹 Manage supplier returns, ensuring defective products are processed under warranty agreements
🔹 Liaise with suppliers to resolve quality concerns and track return progress
🔹 Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols
🔹 Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in the returns process
