Are you an organised professional with a passion for project management? We are seeking a PMO WIP Analyst to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. As a key part of the Project Management Office, you'll manage and support Work In Progress (WIP) activities, helping maximise revenue throughput while contributing to the successful delivery of IT projects by our Professional Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate monthly project WIP activities
* Keep WIP reporting accurate and up to date
* Assist the PMO Manager with essential reporting requirements
* Schedule and prioritise incoming projects
* Develop initial project work plans and ensure smooth client communication
* Coordinate procurement requirements related to projects
* Monitor and ensure compliance with project governance
* Document and track project progress accurately
* Adhere to the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and policies
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in project scheduling and WIP management
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong background in client-facing roles
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Exceptional organisational skills and multitasking ability
* Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
* Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise
* Project management certifications (e.g., PMQ, Prince2, APM)
